We were appointed alongside Coda Architects to create a new vision and masterplan for the existing Pennine Centre, a bold but tired collection of modernist buildings located on the edge of Sheffield’s Cathedral Quarter.
The vision transformed the Pennine Centre into Pennine Five. Five interconnected blocks repurposed, refurbished and reinvented as a 45,000 sqm vibrant mixed-use scheme. A dynamic social destination and connected urban community where residential, leisure and workspace thrive side-by-side.
In the end, our vision wasn’t adopted by the client, RBH Properties, but the project lives on and you can follow the progress here.
